Good fresh food, good friends and fresh air, that’s what I enjoy in life and what drives me. For 20 years I’ve cooked for private clients and big house parties in some of the wildest and most wonderful places in the world from a river hut in Russia to castles in Scotland. Setting some roots down on Dartmoor in Devon, I can run across the moors with my cocker spaniel, swim in the ocean, and eat fabulous food in some pretty quirky locations. And I now also make pizza. Proper pizza like you eat on the continent: lovely thin and crisp yet chewy bases topped with the freshest ingredients (sourcing as much as I can locally), baked in the hottest – and coolest – wood-fired oven from the back of one of my vans.

To get the best pizzas, you need a really hot dry oven. The domed shape of our classic pizza ovens with their thick clay walls fired by extremely dry wood achieve temperatures of 375 – 450 degrees Celsius for that truly authentic taste and texture.
